Delivery

For in stock products we offer Next Day, AM and timed courier services, some of our big and bulky products including gates and fencing panels, posts or fixings cannot be shipped by the usual parcel courier and therefore may incur a charge - even if the order is over £250. The majority of our UK wide distribution is handled by DPD, and for our european and international customers, Worldoptions.

  1. All products listed as in stock and ordered before 1:30PM, Monday-Thursday are despatched for delivery the next day.
  2. We reserve the right to cancel the contract if
    • We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered
    • We are unable to deliver to your area
  3. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
    •  If we cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible and no longer than 30 days than the date of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

 

Delivery of goods to you

  1. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order.
  2. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.
  3. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered as soon as they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

 

Returns

Damaged or faulty goods will only be replaced, refunded or credited upon receipt of the relevant physical or photographic evidence, returns should be communicated within 14 days of purchase. Returns or damages outside of these 14 days should be communicated to us, in this case we will contact the manufacturer where they will decide if the product is faulty.

Any order cancellation must be communicated within 14 calendar days of receipt of goods. Incorrectly ordered items, which have been kept in suitable conditions, are allowable for return. Intention for the return of items must be communicated within 14 days of receipt of goods. In these cases, customers should return items within 14 days of cancellation at their own cost. In order to process a full refund, products must be returned in the condition they were sent in, including packaging. If they are not returned in their original state (including packaging) a 25% re-stocking charge will occur.
